It is not a silver bullet, it takes time and effort, but it works, I am only half way thru the program and have already noticed I am hitting the ball further. I am 50 years old and ride a desk all day for a job. The program slowly builds you up from little or no fitness to quite advanced levels, it like having uour own personal fitness trainer but specifically for golf fitness, that is hard to find and very expensive.

In summary, I would recommend Golf Swing Speed Challenge to a friend.
